Whiskers the Cat needs a home

Whiskers was surrendered to us by his owners for no fault of his. His previous owners bought a new house and expensive furniture and got upset that his fur got on their new furniture. Whiskers is a very sweet and loving boy. He is front and back declawed. He grew up with kids and two dogs, so he should do well in any family, though we are wanting to put him in a calmer home with kids 7 or older. 9yo is not so very old. He is healthy and still has many years of love left to give.
